Ratish Kumar Shivraman serves as the Assistant Manager – Performance & Excellence Nurse at SEHA Corporate, where he leads and oversees nursing performance, excellence, quality improvement, and professional practice initiatives across all SEHA facilities. His role is instrumental in advancing evidence-based nursing practices, strengthening clinical outcomes, and ensuring alignment with international standards, accreditation requirements, and healthcare best practices.

At the corporate level, Ratish provides strategic leadership for the Magnet Recognition Program® and Pathway to Excellence® Program across SEHA, supporting facilities in achieving and sustaining nursing excellence through robust governance, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives. He also oversees nursing audit and compliance activities, nursing policy management, benchmarking programs, and performance monitoring processes to ensure the adoption of best practices and promote organizational excellence across the SEHA network.

In addition, Ratish serves as a Lead Member of the Organizing Committee for the SEHA International Nursing, Midwifery & Allied Health Conference, playing a key role in promoting nursing research, innovation, professional development, and the dissemination of best practices at both national and international levels.
Working closely with Chief Nursing Officers, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary teams, he drives strategic initiatives that enhance nursing quality, patient outcomes, workforce engagement, and accreditation readiness across SEHA facilities.

Ratish holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Strategy and Administration. His professional certifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), JCI Expert Tracer Methodology (Joint Commission International), Quality Auditor (American Society for Quality – ASQ), and Certified Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner. His expertise in nursing excellence, healthcare quality, accreditation readiness, clinical governance, benchmarking, policy management, and performance improvement continues to contribute significantly to advancing nursing excellence throughout SEHA.
