Her professional focus centres on digital transformation, clinical documentation excellence, and patient safety, contributing significantly to the advancement of healthcare quality and informatics integration. She currently serves as a Documentation Enhancement Nurse at Sheikh Tahnoon BIN Medical City (STMC), where she actively contributes to the optimization of electronic health records to enhance clinical efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Lovely commenced her academic journey at Amala Cancer Hospital and Research Centre in Kerala, India, and subsequently earned her Bachelor of Nursing from Griffith University, Australia. She has further strengthened her expertise through specialized certifications in Cerner Trainer soft skills, Train the Trainer programs, and Interprofessional Healthcare Informatics.
