Nema Samatar, is a strategic healthcare leader with over 20 years of international experience spanning clinical practice, healthcare management, and operational excellence across the UK and UAE. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management.
Since joining Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital in 2020 as Senior Case Manager, Nema has successfully established and led the Case Management Department, driving patient-centered care, service innovation, and enhanced patient outcomes. In 2025, she further expanded her leadership impact by founding and managing the Social Work Department, strengthening integrated clinical and psychosocial care.
