Bushra Ali Alnaqbi is an experienced healthcare professional with 19 years of experience in healthcare services, including 9.5 years in Case Management. She currently serves as the Head of Case Management and Manager of the Admission & Transfer Center at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC).

In her role, Bushra leads the Case Management team and oversees patient admission and transfer processes, ensuring effective care coordination and smooth transitions of care. She is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and patient-centered care across the services she manages.

Bushra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence. She is also certified in Case Management and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI).
