Dr. Ahmed Yahya Ayoub earned his PhD in Nursing Science, specializing in Case Management, from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2026. He previously obtained a Master’s degree in Nursing Administration from Zarqa University, Jordan, in 2021, Studying in Oncology Nursing at The Hashemite University, Jordan, in 2012.

With over 19 years of nursing experience, Dr. Ayoub has held a range of clinical, leadership, and case management roles, including Senior Charge Nurse at King Hussein Cancer Center and Case Manager at Al Dhafra Hospital. He currently serves as a Case Manager at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Dr. Ayoub is a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor through the American Heart Association (AHA), a Fellow of the American Academy of Case Management (FAACM), and a DAISY Award recipient. His research interests include work engagement, nurse case management, oncology nursing, nursing leadership, and healthcare quality improvement. He has authored 12 peer-reviewed publications and has actively contributed to national and international conferences as a speaker and moderator.
