With over 25 years of experience in the nursing field, Aiman have held key roles such as acting nurse manager at Tawam Emergency Department and currently serve as the manager of nursing informatics for Al Ain region. In his role, he led AL-Ain Region Nursing Informatics Practice Committee and contribute actively to the FORMS, IUC, and NIPC Committees. His passion lies in enhancing and automating nursing documentation, driving the digital transformation of nursing practices for improved efficiency and patient care.
