Asma Darwish Juma Al Mesmari is an Assistant Director of Nursing at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, with over a decade of progressive clinical and leadership experience in emergency and acute care settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Sharjah and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (UAE).

Asma has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Nurse Unit Manager and Senior Charge Nurse, and actively contributes to organizational governance through her involvement in national and institutional committees. She is a recognized nurse leader, recipient of multiple excellence and leadership awards, and a board member of the Emirates Nursing Association. Her professional interests include nursing leadership, emergency preparedness, workforce development, and quality and safety improvement.
