Michelle is the Corporate Chief, EBP and Clinical Informatics at Burjeel Holdings in the United Arab Emirates. She trained as a Registered Nurse in Ireland and has also worked in Saudi Arabia, Australia, Kuwait and the United States. She is a passionate education and informatics leader with 18 years’ experience in leading teams, application implementation and delivery of healthcare education and technology which elevates clinical practice, enhances patient safety and delivers workflow efficiency. Michelle obtained her Nursing Associate Degree in Ireland, her BSN and MSN from University of Southern Queensland in Australia and in 2021, she was awarded a Doctorate in Executive Nursing Leadership from the University of San Francisco, California.
